Whole Diet CSA

On my quest to "eat clean" at least 80% of the time, I recently joined a whole diet CSA (community supported agriculture). Basically, it's like I bought a farmer--I go to their farm store every week and shop from their refrigerator of fresh from the farm raw milk, eggs, homemade butter, homemade yogurt, homemade cheeses, and their freezer full of farm raised meats (lamb, goat, chicken, pork, beef, and sometimes turkey), veggies and herbs grown without pesticides, and stone ground flours and cornmeals made from heritage wheat, oats, and corn that hasn't been modified or treated in any way. It's a whole new way of eating for me--it's heavy in dairy, but its unprocessed dairy from grass fed cows, and I'm doing all I can to make vegetables the center of many meals while still making sure my carnivorous husband gets enough meat.

My plan is to make exciting new recipes every week with what is seasonally available from the farm. Please feel free to friend me as this journey continues. I'd love to have a group to share new recipes with in our quest to eat real things that grow from the earth, not things that are processed and come from a package. Share your favorite healthy from the farm recipes with me please.
