Apologies for Cross Posting (I belong to two UK based groups!)
I live in Telford and I need a new Gym Buddy - my sister talks me out of going more often then I can talk her into it and it's starting to get very frustrating! I like going to classes like Spin and Body Combat (which is something my sister never liked going to anyway!) and I need someone to go with me for some company!

I'm a bit far from you, I'm afraid, but do like Body Combat. The new release is pretty good , especially the super-short floor work :-)0
