I'm starting to focus on my flutes as well. As far as I know squats & lunges are the best. They help lift and time the muscles giving it a more round shape rather than a flat & saggy or big & sloppy butt. Buffie Carruth has a YouTube channel called bodynomics with some great tips. She also have a workout video & book. Let me know your routine if you have one yet. P&ty!0

I work on my entire body as I understand and my trainers tells me all of the time that no such thing as spot reduction. I will say, dead lifts have completely changed my booty! Squats and lunges are great, but for my they've just made for better looking legs.
I work out six days a week so feel free to add me as a friend.0
