I've lost 3 pounds since last weigh in!!! Only 7 pounds left to loose till Turkey Day!

    Down 1lb this week. Only 7 to go before Thanksgiving! It's slow going so I hope I can do it!!!

    Weighed myself on Sunday and I'm down by 1lb! CW: 217. Great work all of you!
  • Still stuck on same number - three weeks in the row. :cry: Not very promising. I'm not quitting, I'll take any loss at all, even if it isn't 15lbs.

    183.6. I'm working out hard, staying below my calorie count and GAINING. Very frustrated.

    I dunno if this is possible, but as of today (thursday, 12:11 a.m NY, 7:11a.m Israel) I gained almost two pounds because of the last couple of days :(

    Yeah, I haven't lost any either. I have my first session with my trainer today so I am hoping he makes a difference in my workouts, two days a week.
