I lost 1 pound this week. Hopefully this means that I will continue losing, I was stuck for a month.0

I drank tons of water as usual and I did the dice workout. I rolled squats and alternating lunges twice so I did one set of them on Sunday and everything else on Friday. Saturday I could feel every push up in my arms.
I'm such a wuss.
For my personal goals, I never did get to bed before midnight and I didn't end up going for a walk this weekend. I did however manage to take three HUGE garbage bags of stuff to goodwill (both mine and my dude's clothes). I also helped move a two hundred pound closet/armoire thing so it could leave home too. I hated that unwieldy thing.0
