So, we all are trying to lose weight or maintain a lose and be buff and slim and trim. Well, but what about the other factors with fitness? Have you considered balance and stability? Did you know balance and coordination wanes as we age? It is one of the reasons for falls etc for our seniors. But we don't have to completely lose it. Incorporate it into your work-out routine...seriously.
I used to think exercise was all about "GETTING IT IN!!!!!!!!!" But now I see that exercise and fitness is so much more then that! It is total physical health: strength, aerobic, flexibility and ability to balance and be coordinated.

PS when I hurt my knee a year ago the moves I see in both videos were a lot of the ones the therapist made me do to work on balance and coordination which he said helps prevent injury.

Yoga helps too as well as some of the karate moves. Its so important to work that part of your brain and the body to keep that going. We do lose it as we get older.
