Weight - 174 (gained a little, but I am not sure because I have notice that my stomach pouch has gone down and my clothes see to be fitting a little looser. To me that is Pounds lost.)
I completed the both challenges and actually drank more then 1/2 of my body weight. (it was easier to keep track of).0 -
Weigh-in:
Starting weight: 213
Week One: 213
Week Two: 212.2
So, down a bit this week. Completed the water challenge but not the workout.0 -
I weighed myself this morning and was shocked...192.5 Unfortunately, I don't think this is from much I have done to improve my lifestyle...but rather because my blood sugar is out of control right now. I am taking a steroid to help with inflammation in my feet and one of the side effects is increase in blood sugar.
I hope I don't gain it back though.
