Using Fire 45EZ instead of Fire 30?

Do you think using Fire 45EZ instead of Fire 30 is acceptable during weeks 5-8?

    No, you should really use Fire 30. It has a couple of fire drills in there. Fire 45 EZ has no fire drills and is used during a recovery week only.

    I realised the no fire drills might be an issue after I posted the question but really don't like the Fire30. I decided last week instead of the Fire 45EZ to do the Fire45 in place of the 30 and I dropped 3lb this week!

    I know it has no drills, but something is better than nothing. As long as you give it more than your all. I say, "GO FOR IT!"
