Heading into the weekend - Making a plan

The weekends are always my downfall. I'm tired, I don't want to exercise and I want some COOKIES!!! I want to make sure that I don't regain the loss from last week. Soooo I am making a plan for my weekend. Tonite I am going to the Y on my way home. My clothes are in the car.

Tomorrow I am going out to lunch at a restaurant with Indian Cuisine. I am going to check out the menu ahead of time and pre-select my meal.

What kinds of things do you do to keep on track over the weekend?
