Most things in the hard rock to metal category do it for me. But specifically to name a few:

    Determined by Mudvayne
    Til I Collapse by Eminem
A Greater Foundation by As I Lay Dying
    Walk by Pantera
    My Hero by Foo Fighters

any Rise Against, Offspring, Avenged Sevenfold usually get me moving pretty well. Also particularly "Indestructible" by Disturbed really kicks me in gear.

and even though I really don't listen to a lot of rap outside of the gym, if some comes on with a really good tempo, I am all for it.

I just hate when the tempo of the music is too slow. Perhaps it's because I was in band allllll those years when I was young, but music with a faster tempo helps me to keep my head in the game and not rest as much.

I wish my gym would only play rap during workouts. It is funny how different the music is depending on which coach is working that day...
