Hi everyone and congratulations on your pregnancies...i am due on the 4t of june with my second child...i gained 5 stone with my first and ave since lost it all using diet and exercies...that was 3 years ago and here o am again although this time i will be more informed, exercise and eat correctly...good luck everyone xx
