Combining Physical Health with Spirituality

I personally have recently taken up weighted hiking as part of my weekly routine. I love trekking through the fields and trees around here and always feel refreshed and deeply connected to the earth when I return. What, if anything, are you doing that combines your spirituality with your physical well being?

    Well, my HP has suggested calling quarters with jumping jacks to help.... I hope he's joking! :laugh:

    More seriously (though no more true), I find walking to combinec the two very well. I'm a herbal witch by craft and love wandering over hill and dale looking at plants. I've also started a herb garden and while it's not a high intensity workout, pottering about burns calories!
