Anyone who is interested, can tell their story here. I am a sloth.... I'm a 52 yr old male, and I topped out at about 200 lbs... my goal weight is currently 160, but I might need to adjust that eventually. I'm about 8 lbs from that, and things are moving very slowly, if at all. I'm OK with that.... I'm trying to eat well, and exercise, and whatever happens, happens. ( as long as it's not UP ). I am currently doing my best to follow Eat to Live, which is supposed to be mostly plant based, but I can't totally stick to it.
For the 30 day Restart Challenge.... I'll try to stick to my ETL diet, as much as possible, and keep up with the exercise, if I can't ramp it up. I'm also going on a 5 day trip, to see my son play Lacrosse in Baltimore.... and last time I was away, I enjoyed finding healthy stuff to eat, it's kind of a nice challenge. I even walked right past a Five Guys every day.... although, this time, I think I'd stop in.

I lost 15 pounds last year and was at my goal weight, then gained about 8 back after having surgery and getting upset about the results. I am going on vacation tomorrow but will start tracking very accurately when I return in a week. My goal is to eat 1600 calories a day and to lose the pounds I just gained. I know it will work.0

My name is Amanda and I started my journey losing weight at the end of March of this year. So far I have lost 71 pounds and am 12 pounds from my goal of 140 pounds. I am 5' 8''. I have 4 kids and have been married for 16 years old. I work full time and have two PRN jobs. Two of my kids are in activities that keep us busy in the evening four days a week but I still make working out a priority despite being busy. I just decided I had to make myself a priority and am glad I did. I have gone from a size 18 pant and XL shirt to a medium shirt and size 8 pants.0

Hi! I am Kim! I am 28 years old. Mom of 3. I started my weight loss journey April 1st shortly after my son was born and have lost 63lbs. My first goal was to hit 155lb and bring my BMI into a healthy weight range which I hit awhile ago. I then changed my goal to 145lbs and have been having a tough time staying focused. My highest weights ever were (242 while pregnant, 215 not pregnant)
Current Stats: 5`6, 151lbs0
