So, I have been stalled out for a few weeks.... scales not moving...guess that's a good thing..it could be going up...
I was at a workshop on Friday where Marilyn Smith was speaking... she used to be a member of the Second City comedy troupe, and has been a home economist for years now. She's on Cityline the TV show. She spoke for an hour on body health and nutrition...and had us in the palm of her hand with her humorous stories!
I'm going grocery shopping today with the mindset of healthy eating...
more fruits, more veggies and brown flour, brown rice...
We'll see how it goes. I am a veggie lover and have been doing very well with those.
Going to also dust off the treadmill (cause it's bloody cold out today!) and listen to some Ted talks on the ipod while I walk.
So Goals:
Eat under my calorie goal
Walk for 30 minutes or more
Train my mind and my body!
