Weekends are always the worst for me! I just can NOT seem to stay motivated to eat right and stay on track! However I love Mondays! I love starting fresh on Monday morning and planning for a great week! Does anyone have any tricks to stay focused on the weekends?

If I have a special event, wedding, or ball game tailgate the coming weekend, I focus during the week on what I am eating. I allow myself one day to enjoy and try not to over do it; but don't feel guilty having wedding cake or specials treats.0
