I am doing a CHX/TF Hybrid but I really have a hard time with the longer TF workouts.
So some days I substitue - P90X Cardio X or Brazil Butt Lift Bum Bum or Cardio Axe (but I hate that one too...)0 -

The TF workouts are my fave! But Ive pretty much done TF since March, so I thought a hybrid might help get the scale moving again. So far, no great loss, but some great toning and reshaping happening0 -
