Happy me! Posted on 10/28/2013 by 24Sept Ecclesiastes 3:12-13 I know that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to do good while they live. That each of them may eat and drink, and find satisfaction in all their toil—this is the gift of God.
This is such a simple thing to do, I wonder why I find happiness so elusive some days, weeks even. I have a theory. My theory is the more thankful I am the happier I am. My happiness does not depend on external forces. It is within me. Yesterday I felt somewhat blue, but I know the scriptures say to think on good, true, lovely and virtueous things and to make my cares known to God. I did that and I went to sleep in peace and woke up this morning happy and I am becoming happier as the day wears on! Easy peasy.I can think about happy things, I can be thankful and I can do good. And I can be happy with the work of my hands, I may not get all my work done but I can find happiness in what ever I do. Y'all have a blessed day and learn the formula for happiness in any circumstance.

I Thessalonians 5: 13 The Lord really does appreciate a thankful heart.
