I am new to this group (as of this evening) I was so excited that a group existed for women who bulk. I began my first bulk at the end of August. I was extremely afraid of the weight gain having previously been overweight. I've become a lot more comfortable in recent weeks, but I have yet to decide how long I will bulk, or how much weight I am willing to gain. I started at approx. 116 lbs, and am currently about 122 lbs at 5ft 1 1/2 inches tall. I did gain a couple of lbs after I began taking creatine , but so far the benefits are worth it. I've been eating 2300 cals since the beginning of my bulk, and will hold steady at that for right now. I'm doing a 5 day split to be able to concentrate more on each body part as it seems that full body workouts were no longer effective for me. I'm looking forward to learning a lot here.
Well that's enough about me, thanks for letting me ramble!-Karen
