Well, we'll see what happens in Athletic conditioning tonight. The 10-4 looks kinda like what we do in that class, what the non burpee part will depend on is whether we're in the Hurt Locker or in the classroom (the instructor decides what he will do depending on the number of people in class.. low numbers we're in hurt locker, high numbers we're in the classroom. Either way we get a good circuit training0
