Question: How do you guys feel about a weekly, or midpoint weigh in?


Yesterday was a great day for me
Ate within my calories, drank all my water, resisted Halloween candy and chocolate cake *self high five*

Today Meals
Breakfast: Cheerios, 1/2 Cups Milk, 1 Banana
Lunch: Undecided - probably a sandwich and grapes
Dinner: Boneless skinless chicken breast and a salad or steamed broccoli
Snacks: we`ll see how it goes

Water: Tons!

I will try to be active today. My kids are home sick. Dh is working late and its raining. Might be a Zumba in the living room type day.
