We were on a field trip today and we passed a WaWa on the way home. Have you ever had their milkshakes (Sheetz has them too)? They are fantastic. I thought I'd be good and get a latte instead, and it hit the spot since we were damp from the day. But I fear it wasn't too much better than that milkshake. ;-) So, my fat and sugar are way high even though I did a lot of walking today. i'm going to pay for it tomorrow - I can already feel myself getting sore. :happy:
