:smile: Hi, I'm Cheri and I just started the couch to 5k program last week. I am currently on Week 2 day 2 which I am planning on doing Saturday. I have two kids and a husband that works a lot so finding the time to get out is hard. But I manage to find at least 3 days for this program which helps because I need to get out of the house and running is a great stress reliever.

    Hi...I started the C25K 6 weeks ago. I completed WEEK 6, DAY 1 this morning. I am not a runner and find it difficult, but when I am finished with the work-out I feel so good!!!!!! I cannot emphasize that enough. I start at 7 a.m. every Mon/Wed/Fri. What helps the most is there is a group of 5 of us who meet before work in the morning. I am a vey S-L-O-W runner, but there are no numbers on our backs so it is not a race. I wish you the best of luck.
