Thanks for posting this! I had a trainer session at 5:00 this morning so my day is all messed up. I'll have to look when I get home, but I am down this week.
Congrats on the pound loss LB!
My week was difficult too. No relationship drama but work has been busy after being out most of last week at a conference then taking Friday & Monday off.0 -
I'm down 2.7 pounds from last Friday, although last Friday I was up a bit from being in Vegas Monday through Thursday so just over a pound of "new" weight lost.
I'm down 5.8 pounds from the beginning of the fall challenge, and 42.1 pounds since first joining this group!0 -
My Friday weigh in was 2 pounds up but this morning I am back down by a pound so overall I am .6 pounds away from my lowest so far. I'm doing nicely with the fall challenge. My body fat has decreased and I am definately smaller in body measurements. Yesterday I walked a lap around the mini track at the gym with the 45 pound plate. It was my reminder of what I lost so far and since I was feeling blue it perked me up. I like doing these reminders. Helps keep things in perspective.
So I am getting used to my Polar FT7. Frankly, my older unit the RS300 did more but for what I'm doing now I think it will do the job. I don't like that it doesn't scroll between cals and time and hr. Like I said, it's more basic than my other one that I must has splurged on.
By the way, I am not coordinated enough to do this trick!!!!!!0
