How many calories burned in a Leslie Sansone mile

Hi my fellow walkers,
Does anyone know or have a rough idea how many calories burned in a Leslie Sansone walk mile??
I am sort of estimating it equals a 15 min low impact aerobic!!

That is how I log it. It works out to the same calorie burn as a 4mph walk, at least for me. I "boost" through most of the walks now, so I log them as aerobics, general.

I use a heart rate monitor and my calorie burn usually averages out to 100 calories a mile

I read on Leslie's site she reckons 100 cal a mile at 4 mph brisk walk it will be more if you are heavier...
