Advice for a newbie?

I just did my first SL session today, and it felt too easy. Mainly because I was done in 15 minutes! How long are you supposed to break between reps?
I started with 45lbs (the bar) for all the A workouts. That felt too easy for the squats, a little hard by the 4th set for the bench presses and about right for the barbell rows.
I'm using the SL app to track, but I am frustrated that you can't adjust the weights! Any other apps that you guys like?
Please feel free to add me as a friend. I could use all of the support I can get!

The Stonglifts app is not compatible with the iOS 7 upgrade.0 -
I use an app called FitNotes. It has all the SL lifts and several others. You can change the weight and reps and create your own workouts. If you got the SL pdf, he also gave a link to a spreadsheet you can download. I use the FitNotes app to track while I'm at the gym, and then update the spreadsheet when I get home, because it shows the weight you should use on your next workout.0

Thanks for the tip on this! I'll check that out myself. The iOS 7 issue is annoying.0 -

I'm not sure if you saw the follow up to my post, but I did experience the same. I bumped everything up by 10 lbs, and I think I'll move up rather quickly at first. I will say I was a TEENY bit sore in my pec's from the bench presses, even though they felt easy. Simply due to lack of use the last 3 months. And my quads. Oh my screaming pain! That's the WORST part about getting off track of any exercise for me. My quads are locked up for days. The only help for it is a hot bath at nice and to try to keep moving.0
