I found this at Target last week and have been completed it twice. My preferred workouts prior to pregnancy was walking/jogging and yoga. I still trying to walk although I have gotten a bit lazy on it due to the cold weather. Yoga I was nervous about doing much on my own as I was uncertain what poses/modifications to do.

1) It is broken into 4 segments, so you can choose to only do a couple if you don't have time for the whole 55 minutes.
2) She has a lot of squat poses to help tone your pelvic muscles.
3) Same with a sequence for kegels.
4) Setting is nice and the music relaxing in the video.

1) One review I read had that she pronounced 'exhale' odd. She does. Not that it bothers me, but I keep trying to say it how she does and can not figure it out.
2) I wish the segments could be chosen from the main menu instead you have to skip chapters to get there.
3) You need a lot of props which is kinda of a pain to assemble. There is a part when you hit play that you have to listen to her talk for like 3 minutes. I usually gather my supplies then - mat, block, strap, blanket, pillows and chair. Pillows are at the end for the cool-down/relaxation and to help you lay comfortable on your side. Chair for support during the second trimester for balance, and for a lot of the exercises in general during the third trimester.
Excited to see what other ladies are doing as I would like to change things up.0
