I am 63 and have around 100 lbs. to lose. I have tried before and got too busy to track. Losing and gaining back is a routine. I am trying to see myself any older and wobbling around and having trouble getting out of a chair. Not good. I want to be fit to take on life's challenges other than food. My weakness is sweets. I have to find a mental place where these things don't have meaning.
