Hi everyone!
I just wanted to check in and see how the new month is treating you all! I'm doing decently with the WW system. It is pretty realistic to my life and points are actually a nice break from calorie counting. How about everyone else?

I may be looking into WW to break things up a bit. Ive been doing this for a year and a half, and I'm STILL not to my goal....maintaining what I lost, yes....but not to goal yet.0

I really like it so far. I needed a break from calorie counting. Points isn't a whole lot different, but it changes the routine up a bit, which is nice. And unlike calories, I don't want to go over points because you really aren't supposed to. They give you plenty to enjoy going out and stuff too. Just helps you to learn in moderation. I overate and probably used all the extras over the weekend. Not even junk, just a mixture of stuff, which always happens to me at family functions. It was my function too, so you'd think I wouldn't have as much time to graze, but I did anyhow while preparing and whatnot. Today was a good day though. Did my exercise, drank plenty of water and got fruits/veggies in. That's really all I can do this week lol. Shooting for somewhat of a loss, even if it's not extreme. If you do it, I suggest the meetings! I'm really enjoying them so far!0
