Daily Challenge --Monday--must be water and salt day

Okay campers!
New month! Fresh resolve! Refined goals! Let's get it done. ...hooray?
Yeah. I know. A bit too much for a Monday.
Keep it simple.
Watch your salt and drink your water today. (So says the guy who logged frozen pizza for breakfast this morning... * cough *)
(And for salt you are free to swap whatever problem macro you want, really, so depending on your habits, inclinations, and time, you can make this gig harder or easier--I only suggest salt because it's MY problem area.
Water is there because I Believe, with nigh evangelical fervor, that upping my water and dropping my pop and coffee is THE BIG THING that has makes This Time The Last Time I Lose Weight. So I am just going to go straight to the Triple Dog Dare you to drink lots of water and be done with it.)
So...if you have good water and salt habits, how'd you get 'em? And if you have poor water and salt habits, what can you do about 'em? (Other than NOT have frozen pizza for breakfast, I mean. * blush *)

Oh yes I am one of those bad at for water and salt my sodium is always over and my water always under...
So today I am already almost at my salt max... For dinner I will have to prepare and choose wisely
I did bring my water bottle to work and I am half way through round one with it... Tonight after supper I will fill it again for round 2... It is a 1 L water bottle so it does take me awhile to work through it
I think I need to make a conscious effort to watch my sodium more0 -
Ever since the last water challenge we had, I have made a conscience decision to drink water all day long. I drink 4-6 cups at work through out the day and 6-10 cups between the gym and home. I love salt, but have noticed that I can control my salt a lot better if I cook my own food. I have been having more problems with sugar lately though.... Maybe I should work on it, lol!0

I'm really horrible about water. So I'm going to make myself drink 3 glasses of water before I can have 1 can of Diet Coke. That should get my numbers up. lol! I don't think I'm ready to challenge my salt intake yet.0
