Not the least bit sore today, but my arms feel like jello!
I'm now another day behind the group but yesterday's rest was very necessary. Had some issues going on with my GI tract and honestly felt like I was dying. But, rest days ARE okay. It's just about getting back up after a rest day and moving forward!

I am two days behind due to celebrating my daughter's 1st birthday! But I am going to try to catch up this week. I love 30DS. Last time I made it for 12 days straight and saw such a huge difference. This time I am making myself rest on some days so I do not get as worn out as I was last time. I also found that level 1 is very easy, so I am adding in a bit of extra on my own. For Ex: during the cardio punches I punch using my weights. I really feel like this helps to keep my heart rate up and also helps to build more muscle.0

Day 4 DONE! I really did not want to work out today. But, I did. And I'm very glad I did! I swear, these stupid arm raises are not getting any easier, but cardio certainly was. How about ya'll?0
