Ingredients
Limes
Garlic Ground chilis Black pepper Cumin
Olive oil Cilantro
Filet mignon
Directions
‣ Season the meat with lime, garlic, black pepper, cumin and chilis.
‣ Allow steak to rest and marinate in the refrigerator.
‣ Grill steak utilizing the olive oil to coat prior to grilling.
‣ Slice steak when cooked and add cilantro to taste.
‣ You can enjoy in a salad with some greens and other fresh vegetables or in a whole wheat wrap. This is a Mexican style dish so avocado or fresh guacamole would be a nice complement.
