Hey Guys

I must say I am feeling much stronger and dare I say I am noticing a more defined waistline :)

How are we doing today?

    Just finished my work out.This is my second round of shred and level one seems slightly easier this time around although I still have to take one two breaks during the workout:-)

    After 4 days in a row, I took a day off from the shred. Thought I needed to let my upper body recover. Ran on the treadmill instead. Back to the shred tomorrow.

    I still really hate the side lunges anterior raise but everything else is going well!

    Just joined the group but I have done day 5 too. Will be checking in from now on! Also finding it easier than day 1 and with you on the lunges; I ditch one weight and hold one with 2 hands as I find it too hard otherwise!

    Just finished Day 5. Side lunges still suck, but I made it a bit further before having to drop down to the lighter weights. I am convinced I will never do a lovely pushup, but I struggle through on my knees.

    Day 5 DONE! WOO! Half way through level one!!! I think the anterior raises got *slightly* easier. IDK... I did add a few more regular push ups though, so it's hard to tell. I did 6 the first round then switched to knees, and 1 the next before switching LOL.
