Hi, my name is Nichole. Im 26 year old married mother of 3 from Saint Louis. Im new this group but not new to mfp. Im looking for friends to help me along the way during my weight loss journey. I have been dealing with life's challenges and my eating habits became poor and I gained all of my weight back. Now I have my head and my heart focused on achieving my goal

    Hey! I'm also looking for some new friends for motivation and support. I lost about 80 pounds outside of mfp but after having my daughter I just stopped. Thankfully I didn't gain any of the weight back but I still have a long way to go. My ultimate goal is to shed at least another 50 pounds. I'll send you a friend request!
