Hi Die Hards!
Just wondering if you've experienced some challenges with your goals this month. I am stuck with 2 pounds going up and down over and over again and can't seem to make it past that point despite all the work I am putting into it.
My body fat has reduced which is great but I need to get over this edge.
Please share your experiences.

I'm having such a hard time! I started getting sick November 1. My eating has been horrible. My workouts have been sporadic. I finally declared today No Excuses Wednesday because I need to get focused again.0

My only challenge is that I hate working out on my period. I'm really dedicated to my workouts but when pain kicks in, I have to put everything to a halt. :sad:0

Well, it seems like I'm not alone. What is it about this month? It's frustrating.
I hope everyone gets better or feels better soon. I have been healthy but stressed. Now that I know I don't need surgery, a weight has lifted off me.
Let's try to encourage each other during these rough patches.
First things first, if our bodies aren't healthy because of colds, flu, etc., working out is only going to add to the stress. So take a day or two off. Two days won't make a difference. After that, assuming you are just lying around, you will have muscle atrophy. So get better so you can get back to doing the things that make you feel good.

I'm finally starting to see light at the end of the tunnel. Today was my first normal workout day since getting sick. My cold hasn't completely gone away but it's now just in that lingering phase that can last for a couple of weeks. My energy level is back to normal. I went for a 30 minute walk at lunch with a couple of friends from work, I did 40 minutes of run/walk intervals on the treadmill after work (I don't like treadmill running to begin with, and after not running for a week I was a little nervous getting back into it), and then I had a great legs/abs workout with my trainer. I ate well today. I drank lots of water. No Excuses Wednesday is going well. But now I need to stand up & make dinner because I'm starving. Steak & veggies tonight.
Unaisha8 I'm on the depo shot, so I don't get a period. It's really kind of fantastic.
Cindylu thanks for being so motivating!0
