Greetings fellow Yorkshire folk.
Anyone here a member of Green's gym in Shipley? (actually Nuffield Health now, d'oh) Fancy being training partners? I'm not necessarily talking about joined-at-the-hip, spotting-free-weights and sharing showers, just a friendly face who turns up at roughly the same time with roughly the same goals.
I don't know about you but if I've committed to meet someone at the gym for a workout I'm definitely not going to let them down. It's much easier to bail out on yourself than someone else!
