yes...It's Protein Day again!

Although we do not advocate any fads, or "diets" or any kind here, we do believe in the power of protein!

Protein fills you up and keeps you from feeling hungry for longer periods of time. And let's face it, for people who have 100 pounds to lose, feelin full is a real bonus!

Most importantly protien builds muscle and heals damaged tissue. Are you feeling knackered after every attempt at physical activity? Add a bid dose of ptotein to your recovery plan!


Today you are challenged to turn your protein macro RED! Meat, soy, other legumes, or even whey powder from the jock shop--just get down ya today!

    i've spent the day gorging on junk. I have my protein plus the next month's worth of fat and sugar too! (...yay?)

    But come time dog pooping time I can still turn the day green again...assuming I don't do any more snacking...
