Week 2 stats! 11/07

Hey, I know it's still 6th for most of you, but it's 7th afternoon for me:P

10/24: 55.9kg (123.2lbs)
10/31: 55kg (121.2lbs)

11/07: 54.25kg (119.6lbs)

Lost 1.6 lbs in 2 days, finally shed some of that water. I love it when it happens!:)

That being said, I'm going into maintenance (I'll try to still create a deficit with workouts when I can) so I'll probably not have any significant losses from now on.

    Well, here is my check in!

    10/28 - 167
    11/7 - 165.5

    My husband and I started insanity today....I'm excited, scared, embarrassed, etc. but we're going to do it! Our Marine Ball is in 36 days! Really wish I had a calorie counter so I could track my workouts on MFP. Haven't been tracking them this week because I'm not exactly sure how to classify them but I'm still staying under my original calorie intake. I'm also not really sure of all of this. Burning calories means you're able to eat more calories. If I have a lot of calories left over do I need to eat them? Or can I leave it as long as I get my original 1200?

    11/07: 163.5 :(

    Had a bad eating week for sure. Next week WILL be better. I just noticed that it's the 'Goodbye 2013 Challenge'. I like that! That will definitely help past Thanksgiving!

    11/9/13: 146.4

    I'm up from last week, but I shot right back up to 147 after last week and stalled HARD, so I'm very happy to be losing again. Overall that's -2.2 lb from week 1!

    Weight Nov 9 was 70.1 kg so that's down by 0.7 kg this week....very happy!
