The weekend is nearly here. Some of us may be doomed.
(I hope it will be a nice doom; passed in good company,, enjoyed, and then brushed off after your guests go home, and not a boojum kind of doom.)
SO...to perhaps save you from some kind of doom or another, today you are challenged to bring it all together--portion control, nutrition, activity,. plus a shiny can-do attitude...?
Okay...so maybe the attitude is beyond the scope of this challenge, but double checking your portions, logging accurately, keeping EVERYTHING green, drinking your water and not eating back more than half your exercise calories is a pretty serious load.
So this is up early for everyone to see and think about BEFORE breakfast.
Today you are challenged to take really good care of yourself. Eat well and wisely. Move safely and deliberately and generally be excellent to yourself
It's not easy...but I know you can do it.
Good loggind and good luck.

Before breakfast? Well, maybe not! lol
I'll work on keeping all green except protein and fiber. I like those bright, shiny and RED!
Great way to get us into a mindful state Mark!0 -
Sounds like a good start, and I did thankfully see this early though still after breakfast... I am going to track well and watch everything I have never had a green day...0

Holly, The secret is, cook your own. No processed food to set off the salt or sugar meters and you are good to go.
We look forward to your success!0 -

You are quite right Dan. Bright red protein and fiber numbers are A-Okay! Especially when everything else is green green green!0 -
While I met the basis, I need to get to the store for more fruits and veggies. Light on fiber again, and veggies only in the stew.
Veggie challenge ahead?0 -
Alas, I failed on Sodium. Salt is one of my weaknesses. I knew I shouldn't of had canned soup for lunch but it's cold here now and soup is nice and warm.
I had homemade chili for dinner but couldn't get it into the green. Besides that-- great day!

Sodium is unforgiving. At least if your have a little extra fat or something, you can work it off--but salt is etched in stone!
Frankly, I KNOW that a lot of my green sodium days have more to do with inconsistencies in the database slack logging than with good planning and careful decision making.
CHEERS!--for everyone who made the effort!0
