I live east of the QC and I need some help with motivation and accountability. How are you doing? Anyone else out there in the QC or eastern Iowa areas?

    I'm in Bettendorf. I have been using mfp off and on for awhile. I have had several friends join and then they seem to fall by the wayside. Would love to find some local friends for support and motivation!
