Weekend Challenge--Report Card Time

Soft challenge this weekend--
Time to review the data you have collected.
Go to the report function and run some graphs. Take a look at the trends. Take a look at the problem macros. Take a look at your exercise habits.
Do you see cycles? My graphs look like waves, creeping up to the danger line...slipping over...then crashing down as i panic and go too far in the other direction...(What?! You thought you had a monopoly on bad habits...?) I can also tell you a thing or two about the wearher by looking at the amount of comfort food I am recording...and those days often spike the graphs too.
How about activity? Are you logging more days with activity or fewer than when you started? More time or less? More or fewer calories burned?
Then comes the challenging part...what can you learn about yourself, your habits, and your goals by looking at the patterns in the data?
Good logging and good luck.

You have enough data to draw some meaningful conclusions. You will have graphs and reports going back more than three months--an invaluable diagnostic tool for your doctor I am sure.
Even if he or she is not your favorite person, a full quarter's worth of nutrition and exercise data is going help tremendously!0 -
So...was there nothing to learn from the data...or did you learn too much?
I learned my sugar is out of control again...thanks to Jelly Tots.
But I also learned that I am probably still holding the line thanks to all the exercise I am getting from the dawg...
And while I was a bit shocked by my recent slippage, overall, I am kinda impressed with myself.0 -
I learned I'm back into the fat crack... To much carbs too much sodium!! My exercise fits my schedule and what I'm willing to give up right now I am pretty consistent... Walking 5-6 days a week
My water needs big provement drinking 0-4 cups a day!
I will bring some of this to my doctor too when I see her soon!0
