Last year I was in a cookie exchange with non vegans and I tried to make vegan mint milanos lol yeah didn't turn out so great :( anyone have a favorite recipe that even non vegs enjoy?

    CHOCOLATE - PEANUT BUTTER - OATMEAL NO BAKE COOKIES
    Serves/Yields:
    Prep. Time: 5 minutes
    Cook Time: 15 minutes
    Category: Desserts
    Difficulty: Easy
    Introduction
    These are quick simple yummy cookies. If you over boil the ingredients the end result is dry and crumbly.
    Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. plain rice or soy milk (I like to use coffee)
    1/2 c. margerine (I use Earth Balance)
    1/4 c. cocoa
    Dash salt
    3 c. dry oatmeal
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Directions
    Mix sugar, milk, margerine, cocoa, and salt together in large saucepan. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Stir until mixed well. Drop by tablespoonful onto waxed paper.
