Hi everyone, My name is Shawna and I am just getting started with carb cycling. Today is my first day. I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts 3 times a week. I work nights, so 7p-7a. My question is when do I switch from high carb to low carb? Sometimes I am up for 24 hours and sometimes I just get in a quick 2 hour nap before going into work that first night shift of the week. Do I switch at midnight each day? Do I continue eating every 3 hours while I am up working? Open to any suggestions! Thanks!
