Hello,

Long story, but I'm on the hunt for high calorie vegan foods that will be appealing to picky eaters. Accidentally vegan foods that can be purchased easily are a big plus. Thanks!

Anything at all will do. Preferably things that can pack a caloric punch in small portions.

Anything high in fat I would think. The usual suspects, nuts, pb, seeds, oil (if you are trying to sneak it to someone they may not even notice oil).

This one is fast and easy.
CHOCOLATE - PEANUT BUTTER - OATMEAL NO BAKE COOKIES
    Serves/Yields:
    Prep. Time: 5 minutes
    Cook Time: 15 minutes
    Category: Desserts
    Difficulty: Easy
    Introduction
These are quick simple yummy cookies. If you over boil the ingredients the end result is dry and crumbly.
    Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
1/2 c. plain rice or soy milk (I like to use coffee)
    1/2 c. margerine (I use Earth Balance)
    1/4 c. cocoa
    Dash salt
    3 c. dry oatmeal
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Directions
Mix sugar, milk, margerine, cocoa, and salt together in large saucepan. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Stir until mixed well. Drop by tablespoonful onto waxed paper.

I think oreos are vegan as well. If you do a search on the interwebs for accidentally vegan foods it will bring up some results.

Thank you! I am using PETA's accidentally vegan list as a starting off point. Oil is definitely going to play a prominent role in the recipes. If anyone has more recipe ideas, please share! I will try that recipe posted at some point.

How long do the cookies go in the oven for, on what heat? Thanks!

A lot of the Clif Builder Bars are vegan and they are 20-30 grams of protein and around 300 calories.

The cookies do not need to be baked. NO oven time at all. :)
