    This was a great read.

    As someone who is very new to running, I am always impressed and humbled by how warm, welcoming, motivating and uplifting each runner is that I meet.

    This had me re-evaluating my thought that running is not a team sport no matter how many running clubs or pace groups you work with. it all comes down to yourself. Maybe not though.
