Struggling to figure out best food plan

I had RNY on 7-11-05. I lost a great amount of weight. I have now regained about 35lbs. I'm trying to use MFP to help me track my foods and figure out what food plan to follow. I have been staying under 1200 calories easily but notice that most of my calories are carbs. Can anyone make suggestions? What plan are you following and how is it working for you?

It's great that you are focused, and that you can see what you are eating. I think that long term, the key for me will be tracking.
Carbs were addictive for me before surgery. I'm not on a plan, per se, just a daily calorie goal. But mostly, I guess, you could call me a lacto-carnivore. It's not the best diet in the world, but I can maintain on it, and continue in the future. It works for me. I have no problem getting protein. Most days I am over 200 grams, and I have hit 300 a couple of times.
But now that you know your carbs are too high, how about going back to basics? If you can go back to protein first while sticking to your calorie limit, you should do great.0 -
That's exactly what I'm doing now. I'm really watching my carbs and focusing on protein.0

I'm new to this group. Had my Gastric Bypass 4.1.13 starting at 225 and currently at 175. I got down to 165 but I am making poor food choices again mixed in with the fact that I need some food education, I was always a picky eater and I am noticing some of my old habits are coming back. Please help. How many calories should I be taking in a day? I have to get disciplines again and get back on track. I miss people saying they can tell I'm still losing. I've been stalled for a couple months now.0
