FREE MIND, FULL HEART ~ A MINDFUL WAY TO MENTAL HEALTH ~

If you are struggling to control your mental health with conventional medicine then the Free Mind, Full Heart program may be your key to successful mental health management! This 10 week course helps participants to develop strong mental, physical, and spiritual skills to gain control over the sensitive balance that is within all of us. As someone who has gone from a heavily medicated, mentally ill person to a happy, calm, and free being, I have personally walked this path with great success! I know the transformation is possible and we all have the power to harness the energy deep inside ourselves with the right support and practice. Through the Five Foundations of Wellness you will use positive nutrition, fitness, mindfulness, intentional living, and creative expression to gain self-awareness and learn to consciously use and control your powerful energy instead of letting it control you!

PROGRAM FEATURES

Each new client will begin with a phone coaching session to set goals and expectations for the program. Following the initial call, clients will receive new course materials each week via email that include a customized food plan, recipes, instructional video, activity instructions, and a lesson workbook. Participants will also receive two follow-up phone coaching sessions following weeks five and ten. Email support will also be provided during the duration of the course.

COACHING CALL #1
This initial phone session will allow us to talk about your goals and expectations in the program and of yourself. We will decide on what kind of diet changes you would like to focus on in your food plan and in what areas you need the most support.

COACHING CALL #2
Our second call will give us an opportunity to discuss the Five Foundations of Wellness and make sure you have a clear idea of each of these fundamental principles. We will also be able to work through any concerns you may have and brainstorm other simple ways to include these five ideas into your daily life.

WEEK 7 - SPEAK THE LOVE: Learning to Use Positive Language & Thought
WEEK 8 - ABSORB THE LOVE: The Importance of Surrounding Yourself with Positive People & Energy
WEEK 9 - SPREAD THE LOVE: The Importance of Selfless Giving & Compassion
WEEK 10 - DIVINE SEXUALITY: Honoring Your Inner Passion & Building Positive Relationships

COACHING CALL #3
Our final call together​ will give us a chance to look at your overall goal completion and give you the opportunity to ask any further questions about the new skills you will have learned throughout the ten weeks! At this time we can also discuss options for further support from me.
