Do you eat back walking calories?

Options
Do any of you eat back your walking calories? I was at the beginning because, well, it was a struggle for me to even walk a few blocks without getting breathy. But, now that I'm able to walk a mile or two with no problem, I feel a bit guilty about logging, since I barely get my heart rate up (unless I walk really fast). What do you do?

Do you consider your walking exercise, though, for the purposes of TDEE? So, if your TDEE is based on 4 days of exercise, do you count walking as part of that? I guess I'm just not sure what counts as exercise, and whether there's a certain level of exertion you have to have for it to count.
