Below the nose/Upper lip

This is probably a stupid question, but since I don't know the answer I thought I'd ask it anyway. Now that it's getting colder I've noticed that the area between my nose and lip gets really moist. A good portion of that is sweat, some is coming from the nose. Once the cold wind starts blowing during my runs, this area is going to get chapped. I don't know that it'll be cold enough for a full face mask though. Do people put something like vaseline in that area to protect it from getting chapped? Or something else to keep it dryer?

I just use Glide on my face, it's great to stop chapping.
I have 2 tubes one marked "Face" and one marked "Other" so I don't mix them up.0 -

I won't go too far into tmi territory, but there would be no doubt which one is my "other"! lol!0 -
