My box is pretty active in looking for competitions to attend, we just did one this past weekend. I opted out but plan on competing sooner rather than later.

I'm an amateur photographer so here are some of the photos I took. Some good, some bad. Enjoy

I highly recommend competing. A good place to start is signing up for the CrossFit Open this coming spring. I have seen more people learn break boundaries during the month long Open than the entire rest of the year combined. Also, there are tons of local competitions popping up all over the place and many are offering team options, masters, scaled, beginners, and Rx divisions. There is something for every level. I did my first competition 2 weekends ago and it was a game changer. 6 WODs in 1 day. I really learned some new limits.

Can you do competitions if you can't RX a WOD?

Some competitions have started including scaled divisions. Or Recreational and Competitive, or however they want to word it. They should have it all laid out on their page or website when you first look them up.

^Yes, they tell you very specifically what the RX and scaled levels are and what is expected of the athletes.
