I'm so disappointed :(

I ordered Leslie's Radio Remixes dvd several weeks ago but hadn't had a chance (read: made time) to use it. So this morning, I get up at 4 am all jazzed to throw that thing in and work out.

It would never move past the FBI Warning screen. I thought maybe the Warning was just longer than usual and went and brushed my teeth and even threw in a load of laundry. Nope, still sitting on the Warning screen.

So I try it in my laptop thinking maybe there's something wrong with my dvd player. The laptop decides it's time to upload updates. You know, the ones that require your computer to reboot a couple of times. Finally get the laptop up and. . . . .the dvd doesn't work in it either. No longer have the receipt, so can't return it for a replacement.

Finally at 5 am I just throw in another of Leslie's dvd's and do a quick mile so that I still have time to shower and run some errands before work.

Guess I'll be buying another copy.

    Take it back and get a refund ASAP. I would be disappointed too :grumble:

    Even without a receipt, you should be able to exchange it for another copy of the same DVD. A defective DVD is not your fault. The store should take responsibility. What store is it from?

    Agree^^. Or, buy the new one, take the old one back with the new receipt and get your $$ back. (Or at least exchange for something else.) Bummer, though - it really is fun.
